  管道旋转接头功能介绍

  旋转接头是一种将流体介质从静态系统输入到动态旋转系统的过渡连接密封装置。

  旋转接头类型:

  管道旋转接头按类型分为:高压旋转接头,高温旋转接头,高速旋转接头,水冷旋转接头,液压旋转接头,气动旋转接头等。

  主要用途:

  旋转接头的应用领域几乎覆盖各个加工制造行业.如:冶金.机床.发电.石油.橡胶.塑料.纺织.印染.制药.卷烟.造纸.食品.饲料加工等.

  接头泄漏原因及处置  原因一:空心轴与配用旋转体同心度不够。 处置对策:检查尺寸和精度,调整与旋转体的固定连接。

  原因二:配装机器精度低(端面重直度,径向,轴向间隙大),振动大。 处置对策:查找原因,修配配装设备。

  原因三:淤浆,污垢等异物进入摩擦副接触面。 处置对策:加过滤网或除污器,改造旋转接头的类型。

  原因四:使用压力温度转速等超出选配旋转接头范围。 处置对策:对操作条件进行研究,向研究单位或制造厂询问,改配旋转接头类型。

  原因五:未按规定时间加注润滑油脂,高温使用时未改配润滑油脂滚珠轴承声音异常或损坏。 处置对策:按其使用规定定期加注或改配润滑油脂,更换轴承。

  原因六:密封摩擦副摩擦面变形,补偿环磨损量较大。 处置对策:有异常时研磨摩擦面或更换备件。

  管道旋转接头安装知识

  1、旋转接头在搬运和存放过程中应避免撞击和摔落,以免损坏接口及内部零件。

  2、尽可能装机同心,以确保旋转接头的良好运转。

  3、螺纹连接的旋转接头在安装时,应注意内、外管的螺纹向是否滚筒的旋转方向对应,且内外管的螺纹旋向也应一致。

  4、旋转接头与管道之间的连接,必须使用软管相连接(我们公司推荐使用扰性好的金属软管),绝对禁止刚性连接。

  5、旋转接头的出入口尽可能直接与软管相连接。以减轻接头辅重,延长使用寿命。

  6、内管的装配,注意尺寸的配合及重量的辅助支撑。内旋式旋转接头的内管与接头的配合推荐使用H8/e7的公差配合。

  7、旋转接头的支撑与止转应恰当,一般杆直径应比止转孔小2mm,以免影响旋转接头的自由调节与补偿。

The six reason: the deformation of the friction surface of the sealed friction pair and the larger wear rate of the compensation ring. Countermeasures: there are abnormal grinding surfaces or replacement parts when abnormal.
 
Reason seven: attached seal ring deformation, aging, fracture adhesion. Countermeasures: replace the new auxiliary seal.
 
Cause eight: the rupture and damage of the bellows. Countermeasures: to analyze the reasons and to replace the new elastic elements.

Installation knowledge
 
1. During the handling and storage of the rotary joint, the collision and fall should be avoided in order to avoid damage to the interface and the internal parts.
 
2, as far as possible the machine is concentric, in order to ensure the good operation of the rotary joint.
 
3, when threaded joints are joined, we should pay attention to the rotation of the inner and outer pipes to the rotation direction of the drum, and the rotation direction of the inner and outer pipes should also be consistent.
 
4, connection between rotary joint and pipe must be connected by hose. Our company recommends using a good metal hose with interference. Absolutely no rigid connection is allowed.
 
5, the entrance and exit of the rotary joint is directly connected with the hose as far as possible. To reduce the joint weight and prolong the service life.
 
6, the assembly of the inner tube, pay attention to the coordination of the size and the auxiliary support of the weight. The internal pipe of the internal rotating rotary joint and the joint are recommended to use the tolerance of H8/e7.
